I've learned a dance from Orsolya. She is learned it from Jonathan. The idea was to pour out our energy to the world. Outside of our room, outside of our circle.
The symbols on this painting are represents the steps and movements of this dance.
This painting was made in two copies. This one, in the picture below is 50 cm, acrilyc and copper. There is an other one at Jonathan's house, about 25 cm, acrilyc, copper and real gold.

The dance was lead on drum, 4 beats and a small pause again and again. Everybody in the circle standing close to each other, and holding the hands of the second neighbour at the back. Not holding the hand of the very next person, but the second person, this way a little bit hugging the next person at the back. This is the base circle.
First 4 beats: holding each other, standing, and moving with upper body a little left and a little right. Waggle a bit, legs are not moving, faces to the middle.
Second 4 beats: Every second person still waggling left and right, holding each others hands. Every other person moving to the middle of the circle with 4 very small steps. This entry steps are represented on the painting with the triangles pointing to the middle.
Third 4 beats: Every second person still waggling left and right, holding each others hands. People in the middle dips their hands in the energy of the altar, and brings the energy to the bosom with the hands. Dipping and holding the energy in the bosom is represented in the painting with the heart-like shapes. These are the two hands, dipping in the energy, and these are our hearts also.
Fourth 4 beats: Every second person still waggling left and right, holding each others hands. People from the middle moving to the base circle with 4 very small steps, and connecting again. Now everybody in one circle again. This entry steps are represented on the painting with the triangles pointing out from the middle.
Fifth 4 beats: Like the first 4 beats: holding each other, standing, and moving with upper body a little left and a little right. Waggle a bit, legs are not moving, faces to the middle. The idea is to make the energy amplified with the collaboration of everyone, connecting to each other.
Sixth 4 beats: for the every second person who were waggling until now: as the second 4 beats steps. They are moving inside.
Every second person, who were inside, now moving outside with 4 small steps backward.
Seventh 4 beats: For the persons inside: as the third 4 beats. For the ones outside: opening the arms and turning around. The idea is to pour out the energy to the world. This is represented on the painting with the rotating roses.
Eight 4 beats: For the persons inside: as the fourth 4 beats. For the ones outside moving to the base circle with 4 little steps.
From the nineth 4 beats start again from the begining. Now the ones who started to go in, will go out first.
